A Total Beauty Game Changer: The Ice Roller

Ice rolling. Have you guys tried this yet?

I feel like it’s everywhere lately. All the bloggers are talking about it and on Amazon it has a very cult-y following.

I couldn’t not try it. Honestly I didn’t expect much. Thought it was kind of a gimmick. I mean, how much can rolling a freezing cold roller ball on your face really do??

Well, let me tell you….

Here’s the benefits of ice rolling:
Reduces inflammation ( we went over this)
Shrinks your pores
Minimizes wrinkles
Reduces redness
Calms skin (great after too much sun!)

I’m OBSESSED. I know, I say that a lot.

But seriously.

It’s made to use for inflammation meaning you don’t only have to use it on your face. It’s great for any inflammation on your body.

But here’s how to incorporate it into your beauty routine:

  1. wash your face!
  2. Apply serum and moisturizer
  3. roll away!

It’s like a little facial massage… that reduces inflammation…and redness…and wrinkles… and it costs like $15.

Use it after a night of too many margaritas! Incorporate it into your hungover skincare routine. PERFECT after a long flight. Or even just because.

The FREEZING cold-ness really wakes me up.

You know when you have to wake up a little too early and your eyes are barely open and your face is all puffy….ice roll.

Running late and don’t have time to hit up the Starbucks drive through?…Ice roll.

At home spa night?…. ICE. ROLL.

I’m pretty sure my fridge/freezer has more beauty products stored in it than my bathroom cabinets. What’s for dinner? Left overs…. an ice roller…. we could cook up some chicken…. eye pads….

When is someone going to create a bathroom mini fridge? Like a refrigerated vanity?

Can I patent that?

Get to amazon. Add to cart. Check out. Fall in love. GO.

XOXO
