Detox On The Rocks

volcanic clay mask
May 21, 2017

I don’t know how I ever lived without this volcanic clay mask

You guys, you HAVE to try this clay mask made from Icelandic herbs and volcanic ash. My skin has never felt so clean!

I’ve talked before about how important it is to me to detox my skin and really purify it. This mask makes it so easy and quick. And the perfect substitute to add into my Skin Detox

volcanic clay mask

A friend of mine brought this back for me from her visit to Iceland. How cute is the packaging!? I love that it’s a powder too.

It’s super easy. You mix a 1/2 tsp of the powder with a 1/2 teaspoon of water. Apply it to your face and let it dry. It really dries. You can feel the clay tightening and purifying your skin. I like intense too, so I leave it on until I can no longer move my face.

It rinses off easier than any mask I’ve used. AND doesn’t stain… just maybe be careful with any white towels. (check out my story about my experience with a Charcoal Mask ) So that’s a HUGE win.

Other than reducing the signs of aging, this mask regulates and balances the skin, stimulates cellular metabolism, and strengthens tissues. Because it removes dead skin cells, toxins, and impurities, it eases the absorption of any applied nutrients! SO bring on that rosehip oil!

With all those things we’re constantly adding to our skin (moisturizers, sunscreen, oils, makeup, self tanner…..UGH! The list could go on forever) I really believe it’s so important to purify. I hate when I can actually start to feel the build up.

Soley Organics volcanic clay mask

Last time I did this mask, even the boyfriend noticed a difference in my skin. THAT is saying a lot.

I’m dying to try other products from Soley! Everything they make is made from wild Icelandic herbs. And seriously, the CUTEST packaging!

Check out Soley Organics !! If any of you have used their products before, let me know of your faves!!

XO
